Description

ADMIN NOTE: this is private property and no permission to spend the night here was given, therefore this is an ILLEGAL wildcamp and therefore not allowed on iOverlander!
---
this seemed to be a place where workers trim wool from sheeps.
we came on bicycle, the place was abandoned. our intention was to camp below the bridge but the area was flooded.
this place was ok, but there were mice inside. you can put your tent outside and have wind protection, but you MUST leave your food hanging (because of the mice)

DO NOT CAMP HERE!

This is how you get The Hunta Virus... Mouse droppings contain the virus... when you sweep the ground or disturb the dust... the virus gets airborne and you breath it in. It's very dangerous to sleep in these conditions. Safer to sleep outside on the ground.

Report Check-In

Still abandoned house.
Nice for a shelter but a bit creepy, there is some animals legs and wool laying in the house and outside...
Still some mice but they didn't eat anything
Nobody came by the way

Report Check-In

Checked the place on my way to Calafate and I wouldn't sleep there. It looks more like a small slaughterhouse with limbs of animals around. Not even sure it is abandoned. The bridge 100m from there offers a much better option.
