Rest area good for the night. Camper parking area back off the highway so not bad noise-wise. Clean and picnic tables. Nothing else. Rest area on other side too.

Pulled in just before midnight on a Friday and stayed with a handful of other vans and RVs. Quieter since it's back away from the highway, clean bathrooms. Desert views. No water.
Report Check-InStayed here one night. Pulled in after dark left early. Bathrooms were closed, only Porta potty available. No issues or disturbances that night. Lot is well lit on the automotive side.

The rest area is open! Not crazy loud but it is a rest stop so there are cars driving through almost all night. The semi trucks go to a different side of the stop so that helps with sounds. The bathrooms are pretty clean. Felt safe, good stop to quick stop off for some sleep
Report Check-InAs of January 24, 2022 this rest area and the rest area on the west bound side are still closed for repairs! Tried to stay here after seeing the comment it was back open but they must have closed it again.

Report Check-InWater spigot you can connect a hose to, doesn’t say if it is potable or not. Look for the red spigot in front of the handicapped parking spaces.
Report Check-InHad a quiet night here. The place is in the middle of nowhere, but is well lit and has clean bathrooms. Felt safe. Many people sleeping in automobiles and staying longer than 8 hours.
