Very nice place for a stop to eat empanadas de queso (1.300 CLP per empanada). The nectar of papaya was delicious! So many other products as well based on papaya, cheese and fresh avocados!

This place is sub-par just well located for starving travelers looking for a break. If you continue literally one minute up the road toward la Serena you’ll pass another empanada place that has a variety of options not just cheese...

Do yourself a favor.... Nectar (juice) de papaya and the famous empanadas de queso. We’ve heard about this place since the northern border! Also, a bunch of farm products... papaya, avocado, cheese.
