Great little spot. Had a fire pit built out of rocks and didn’t see a car at all. Beautiful view!
Would recommend a 4x4 during these winter months due to the mud and bumps.
Report Check-InThe road to this place, when you leave Tioga Road, is closed right now. So its not really easy to get here from Yosemite. Dont know why or for how long.
Report Check-InLots of sites spread throughout. We were a bit further in on this road and it was quiet. Saw no other cars. Lots of foxtails and burrs if you have pets. No cell service.
Report Check-InAbsolutely peaceful location. No shade so great for solar if you need to boot up. Lots of wildlife. No cell service. No cars drove by. Had one of the best sleep
Report Check-InI stayed here for two nights. Beautiful sunrises and lots of wildlife! I only saw two vehicles drive by on the forest road, even with staying at the site the whole second day. There is some traffic on the road across the meadow, but it wasn't enough to be a bother.
There are rocks blocking the overgrown road down to where the marker is. The spot right next to the fire road is big enough to park two or maybe three vans.
