If you've come in through Kasesye this is where you need to pay road tax.
Make sure you bring USD, your passport and registration documents!
They open at 8am weekdays only
They don't really seem to know what they are doing - it took about an hour in total, they charged me 20usd.

Open hours 8am-5pm. It is true that you can only pay for road tax in USD (USD20) which is ridiculous. Parking on site and easy to get to though.
