Free parking on Sundays only, not really a specific spot. Most parking spots around the mall are free Sundays, so almost anywhere works. Just read the signs.

couldn't find it. you can park down the street on the right for 2 hours if you pay 2 dollars.

Day parking very near to monuments and museums. Free on Sundays. We arrived late and found it a bit more difficult but finally found a great spot for our RV on the shade.

Don’t try park here, think the coordinates are wrong. We drove around for half an hour looking. Never found it

We parked here for free all day on Sunday. Get here early before 9 am. Constitution road. Walking distance to everything
