Description

We were aiming for the site called Bush Camp aside RP31 but kept going on 31 for about 1km and found two gravel pits on the left side that were much more private and had better wind protection. You can choose either one - we preferred the first one. They are before the large power lines that cross 31.

Latest Check-Ins

No obvious road leading to the gravel pit. The road has been recently graded and you need a bit of clearence to go through but it's probably possible. Saw patagonian maras near the pit.

Report Check-In

To get into the gravel there were tire tracks just last this GPS point. Might be an issue of soft ground if it's rained very recently. It was so wind protected and quiet. No cell reception.
