Lovely beach, clean facilities, friendly staff, and guest. I paid $228 pesos for me and my dog in my camper. The rooster by the parking area starting crowing at 4 AM though, so very little sleep, even with noise canceling headphones.

Price is now 29 USD for a camper + 2 persons. The spot is good for kiteboarding but no hookup or electricity. The workers were harvesting coconuts and dropped them on our camper from the tree. When I asked them they just loughed... So don't park below the palm threes here. We didn't like the restaurant. Also the restaurant tried to charge us more than we consumed

we didn't actually stayed at this place because they didn't want us to park next to the beach and they asked for 400pesos, which is doubled compared to what we have paid in the past. finally we went a little bit further and ask the old man who lives next to the kitesurf school if we could stayed on his property. the beach was a bit dirty but the view was beautiful it was quiet and we only paid 100pesos. we went for a drink at the kitesurf school ( you can also eat there) and paid 100 pesos per person to access the showers and the bathrooms. it was perfect and the beach wasn't poisoned by alguas ( compare to many beaches near Cancun )

Isla Blanca a 5 minutes.

Ok place to stay, friendly owners but steep prices. increased to 200 per person from just 150 pesos a few month ago, didn't want to negotiate when I mentioned that. no cell service but free wifi.

as others said, more a kite surfing school than a campground, they let you stay in the parking lot. would only do it if I would go kite surfing as well.

Kitesurfing spot with direct access to the water, nice beaches in a walking distance. We negotiate 150 pppn. There is a restaurant on side, next in bigger shop in Cancun, so bring food with u. Stuff friendly, hot shower, wifi is working better near at the restaurant, SUPs for free!

I wanted to stay here and experience a quite beach and do some camping outside of the tourist area. The last 3 km is unpaved and filled with potholes, lots. Passable but very slow. You make a left onto a sand road and follow it down. Good WiFi, nice restaurant on site, friendly owners. Paid 150 pesos per night no hook ups.

Good spot. Great kiteboarding, friendly staff. Cold shower, pets ok. Spent 2 days here. Kiteboarding lessons are a little steep imo American prices but hey it’s a business and it’s a good location. Mozzies not to bad late November. Just a bit a dusk. Not a campground but I think if more people tried they may incorporate something to accommodate overlanders.

Made a mistake in my last comment: we paid 100 peso’s per person PER NIGHT if we stayed 3 nights 😉.

As described. Although we don’t think it is a real campground but only a kitebording school. As they a grassy lot available you can camp here in low season. They told us in high season it gets really busy so wouldn’t go then. We paid 100 peso’s per person for 3 nights. Wifi is good, pool is small but nice for a cool down. Not the best beach for tanning and swimming but it’s okay. They even allowed us to use their peddleboards. Only real downside is that there were A LOT of mosquitos, especially in the morning and evening attacking us 30 at a time. But that’s not really something they can help 😉 just saying so you come prepared. The restaurant is only open in summer so make sure you have a full fridge. Toilets and showers are outside but not open. It was clean.

Great spot to spend the night. We were charged 200 pesos and since it's low season, we have the entire place to ourselves. Shower, bathrooms and a small pool. Wifi and a breezy night. The best part is that they are pet friendly, something a little hard to find in this part of Mexico.
