North side of I-84 @ Rufus. Was a CoE Park that apparently got turned over to a county that can't afford to maintain it. Pit toilet. No water (other than the river.) Paved to the east, sand to the west. Blackberrys in mid/late summer.

We camped a 1/2 mile east of the campground on a pullout across from the silo that was awesome! A berm buffers the sound of the highway and trains and the area felt quite peaceful. A pit toilet is 1/3 mile toward the campground. View of the dam in the distance was lovely and lit up all night.
Report Check-Insuper spot, no water but pit toilets. you can watch the kite surfers. would come back anyday
Report Check-Inall along this section of road, there are places to camp. See other listings on Map. I usually go to the gravel bar by the wind surf camps. The trees and level paved spots were nice though. there is grass, and paved but overgrown walking trails.
