A nice rest area for an overnight stop (stay normally limited to 8 hours ). No RV dumps. Still some road noise but for the price you cannot ask much more on this busy hightways.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.

We stayed at the south bound side. The truck/RV parking area is close to the freeway and it’s kind of noisy. There are plenty of spots and quite a few RV/trailers. The bathrooms have hot water.
Report Check-InA pleasant rest area. lots of pet areas, picnic tables. Filled up with semi's but, that's ok.
Report Check-InWe arrived around 10:00pm and there were still plenty RV parking. It’s close to the freeway and it’s a little noisy. The bathrooms are clean.

Report Check-InWe stayed a night with no problem. Standard rest area. Watch the time limits on Washington rest area stays, 8 hours.
Report Check-InStandard, reasonable rest stop. Ok if you need a place in the area. It has all sorts of people and traffic. This one has vending machines and reasonable toilets.
Report Check-InSlept here lat night. Quiet with no problems. There were just the right amount of other vehicles here for my taste. Bathrooms were old but fine. I’d sleep here again.
Report Check-InClean and safe rest area, but for those who were wondering like me, there are no RV dumps here unlike on the rest stops before and after this one going northbound.
Report Check-Inarrived at 10pm... leaving around 2.30am...a fine place to stay. Clean bathroom.
Report Check-InArrived at 10:30pm and departed the following morning at 9:00am. Lots of others sleeping in their vehicles. No problems. Water spigot doesn’t work unless you have the right adapter for the handle.
Report Check-InThere are signs that say “no camping” and maximum 11 hours for commercial vehicles only. We moved on to Loves about 20 minutes north.
Report Check-InGreat warm and clean bathrooms, plenty of parking. Best rest stop between Seattle and Portland
Report Check-InWater spout is left of the vending machines. Perfect for filling up your water big rig
Report Check-InSlept there without any problem. Many cars/vans/rvs stayed overnight. Left at 9h30 in the morning.
Report Check-InGood place to spend a night. They have an 8 hour limit policy but we arrived at 6pm on the north rest stop, stayed til 9pm then went to spend the night on the south side. We left at 9:40am. No knocks or any disturbances.
Report Check-InWe think it's called 'Toutle River Safety Rest Area' because it's standing on the building ;-P
We slept here for 1 night, no one bothered us. Many people come and go.
Tent camping is not allowed.
They have a volunteer program here from 9am till 02am where you can get free coffee, hot water and cookies!
