Latest Check-Ins

This is indeed a very nice site. Shady clean sites with benches, bbq and water at each site. Clean ablution with hot water for shower and dishes. Two waking trails - one 3km the other 5km to a waterfall. WiFi at reception. From the picknick site you can walk down to the river with a nice swimming hole. ZAR 280 for 2 people, 200 with wild card. Recommended!

Report Check-In

As previously described but site fee now ZAR 180 per night plus 40 per person for the first night ( without a wild card) Site was full at the weekend- need to book in advance but we were allotted the one site held for “emergency arrivals” Lots of space mid week. Nice showers , toilets and washing facilities.

Report Check-In

Small Campground along a creek under big trees. Access is narrow with low branches and also the sites are narrow and quite difficult to get in with a big rig. But there were only few other campers on Friday evening, so privacy and noise was fine. Restrooms are ok, shower were warm. No electricity at sites, we would not drink the water. No MTN signal. Cheap: 90 ZAR p.P. with wild card.

Nice hike to some waterfalls and awesome swimming in the river, with a natural slide and some rocks to jump off.
