South Africa: very easy to get stamp, no questions

Lesotho: they don’t have visa on arrival (Polish and Brazilian passports), and eVisa website doesn’t work. Apparently, if you have visa, it’s easy to cross the border

RSA - Lesotho

Very quick, get stamped for leaving RSA, immigration told us that we can re enter RSA on the same tourist visa we are currently on (30days)

Lesotho drive through boarder, stamps passport from you the comfort of your car seat.

Very easy border crossing on both sides, though very limited parking for big rigs. Neither SA not Lesotho customs had us do any paperwork. Just passports stamped with no paperwork to fill out. Our vehicle is 8 T, and charged 80R for the Lesotho road tax. No attempts for bribes on either side of the border.

Busy busy today! Maybe mondays or weekdays are like that. One queue for everybody. No checks of the car, not declared nothing and no inspections! Took us 1hr in total both borders from Lesotho to South Africa.

Also very easy border crossing here. From ZA to Lesotho. Stamp out your passport in South Africa at the immigration before crossing the bridge. Drive over the bridge and park your car. Get the Stamp of Lesotho and pay your road tax at the gate (30ZAR under 2000KG or 60ZAR for bigger cars, trucks i don’t remember). No bribes or checkings on the car. Austrian passport and no Cdp. Tip from Namibia was expired since 6 months but nobody asks.
