Several parking lots in downtown, some don't have time limits and we parked over night in one that didn't, and had no problem. Beautiful mountain views. Public washroom by the downtown visitor center. Litter bins around.

I woke up with a knock on the window at 7.50a and a nice officer gave me a warning. Overnight parking for recreational vehicles is prohibited in the city he said.

There is a “no overnight” on one side and a “RV parking” sign on the other. There were about 6 RVs in total and no one bothered us staying there.
No overnight camping allowed, we stay for one night and almost had ticket. Police officer advise us that we had to check on website of the city sleeping on parking is permitted or not.
Amazing views on Montain, public washroom open between 8am and 10pm, parc just nearby for chill meals.
