Nice tropical environment with high trees. Infrastructure a bit run-down but still ok. Big central campfire. Game drive with Innocent and Pasco recommended, in particular if you have a foreign car and you want to avoid the prohibitive entrance fee.

We came late in the evening and they were informed that we are coming. The camp was okay but not beautiful, most of the sourounding was still in construction. We were very happy with the staff. They openws a room only for us with hot shower, toilet and sink. We also watched european football finals there. We really connected with a guy named Max that showed us a Massai village and also later helped us when we had trouble in Ruaha national park. We mostly recommend because of people there.

It is not a camping that makes the heart beat faster. But the parking lot is very clean, the staff very nice and the toilets and showers in the room very clean. Everything works, there is electricity and hot water in the evening. Price per person USD 10. A good place for a short time.

It seems they are deactivating the campsite as it was full of construction material and no real space to camp. Rooms are ok and managed to negotiate a room for $10 pp.

Small yard between cottages. Some rubish around. Electricity in the evening only.
