Garden of hotel outside village. Small lawn, quite noisy.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.

It is a beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere! It's the only place in Lushoto with a swimming pool, that they just finished building. It is a warm and welcoming place where they serve good food.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and there are hot showers in the room and on the campsite. Not really suitable for overlanders with big cars or trucks. Suitable for people camping in tents. There is also a possibility to book a massage and go in to the Sauna.
Not really a place for overlanders, but there is a secure spot to camp with roof top tent. The facilities are nice and ablutions are okay. Might be better staying in a room.
Report Check-Innice hotel just outside downtown Lushoto, helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant has good food. For camping call ahead, there’s only 2 spots. Aminities are fine, also the sauna. For hiking highly recommend the -in house- Chamboo Eco Tours! Really professional guys, good fun to be with and explaining everything. Ask for Charles, excellent guide!
Report Check-InNice hotel in an old house above the village, so pretty quiet. We paid $30/night for a nice standard room, very good breakfast included. Campsite was occupied by a truck, and that being so small we wouldn’t have fit with our RTT. They charge $7/pppn for camping nowadays. Restaurant was good, very reasonable priced food, about 10.000Tsh/portion. They also have a genuine Finnish sauna! =)

Report Check-InVery nice hotel with a nice ambience. It's been here more than 50 years now. We parked our 11 ton MAN on the hard standing next to the hotel and ablutions block (good). Electricity and water available and adjacent to pitch. Good food. Lovely bar with a fire lit each evening. We paid $5 pppn. Stayed 5 nights. Great hiking.
Report Check-InWonderful little hotel 1km from Lushoto centre. Delicious three course dinner for 25,000 and fantastic continental breakfast (eggs, crepes and more). Great view. Well stocked bar. Clean and comfortable. Heaps of parking.
