This is a nice side FREE road dispersed campground in the Sequoia National Forest. Beside of the river. I think that you can fish 2 trouts in the river witout permit...ask before. You have to ask a permit for a fire. Fits one or two rigs.

I stayed at the pullout across the road from this one (further from the river) and all was good for one night. pretty quiet and the sound of the river was nice.
Report Check-InNo "no camping" sign here anymore. not sure if someone removed it, or the forest service did. Either way, seems like fair game.
Report Check-InNo camping sign posted. Plenty of other pullouts along the road didn't have one posted but this one did
Report Check-InVery cool camp spots right next to the river. Close to Kings Canyon. Come early on weekends, most spots were filled by 5pm on Friday. We shared this spot with some other folks over night. The only thing you can really hear at night is the rushing river.
Report Check-InUn hermoso wild camping a la orilla del rio y de la carretera, pasamos ahi una hermosa noche, con un cielo estrellado
