Description

FREE camping, no hookups. Right on the banks of the Mississippi River.

However because of flooding on the river they have two VERY LOUD pumps running that can be heard anywhere in the Casino parking lot. DEC2019

Large paved parking area. Stayed 1 night and was a perfect place to stop. GarminGPS had a little trouble finding it but put it in phone and it had no problem. Multi-use paved riverfront trail was a bonus. Benches and picnic tables in certain areas along trail. Thank You Isle Casino!

Mostly empty lot. Parked by drainage pond. Well lit. Close to river. Nice walking path, even at night. Arrived about 11pm. Had a couple drinks in the casino. Recommend this site!

Spent a quiet night in our campervan. Service desk said that formal check-in wasn't required. Lots of room for bigger rigs. Only minor issue was a car of loud kids cruising the lot around 10 pm.

I stayed here before and enjoy the larger clean parking lot right next to the Mississippi River. There is a nice walking path next to the river. I stayed in the Horseshoe Casino in Council Bluffs last night and this one is much much nicer. lots of comfy chairs inside for the weary road warrior.

Still a good spot, decently quiet, full bars ATT.

Stayed here for a night, got in at 8pm left at 9 am with no problems. I was the only camper but looked like there was truck with a trailer staying too. Also on the river there is a great path for a morning walk

Large parking lot. We were the only ones here overnight. Very quiet. Easy access to walk and bicycle on the path along the Mississippi River.

Parked by the tracks, a guy in the next parking lot running a generator and another camper with its jacks down. I don’t think anyone will bother my little savanna from Maine

Right by the river with a path. Not busy. Saw security patrolling. We explored the awesome little Village of East Davenport! Go check out the kaleidoscope shop.

The back parking lot was a quiet little spot. very comfortable for the night.

Steps to Mississippi River and bike path close to gas station, lots of restaurants on state street and grant street

Report Check-In

Set up right by the drainage pond as far away from the casino as possible. Pulled in at 2am, left by 9am, couple of truckers nearby snoozing. Pretty place in daylight!

Report Check-In

Free camping on the east side of casino. Paved parking lot with a porta potty, not far from casino entrance. We are the only ones on this lot, about 200 yards from the Mississippi River.
