Small lakeside boat launch with picnic area. No signs indicating that overnight camping is not allowed. Another camper in a tent was setup on the grass. Near the main road so a little noises but not bad.

Such a beautiful place right by the water. Perfect for staying a night with your car, VR or tent. There is some table to make some food and eat in peace so it’s really nice. Would really recommend it :)
Report Check-InStill open but I would be surprised if it’s not closed soon… since the washrooms are closed people have decided to use the bathroom on the cobblestone outside of the washroom house. I think it should go without saying that you shouldn’t do this here or anywhere… great spot otherwise.
Report Check-InGood spot for the night clean, beside a river. Parks guy came by to empty the garbage in the morning didn’t have any problems. Washrooms still locked due to covid
Report Check-InVery nice spot by a lake. Water on side of building was turned off when we were here. Washrooms still closed.
Report Check-InNice spot with a view on the lake.
Washrooms are closed but you have access to fresh water on the right side of the building.
Close to a small road, not so noisy.
Washroom facilities day time hours, security camera and lot lighting, potable external water at side. There was also a johnny-on- the-spot for 24-7 use. Covered picnic area, and a small boat launch for the Black river. Several neighbourhood kids enjoyed swimming off the dock.
Report Check-InNice place to stay near the water. We stay in our RV and it was quite quiet.
Report Check-InCool spot.
Nice view with the sunset on the lake.
The lake is not really swimmable
Toilets available
On weekdays there might be employees who come to work but they were friendly
A little noisy but not so bad
As described before. No porta pottie. No service. 2 cm of snow the next morning. Still in the north of Ontario...
Tel que décrit auparavant. Pas de toilettes chimiques. Aucun service. Un beau 2 cm de neige le lendemain matin. On est vraiment dans le nord de l'Ontario...
The place is ok for a night with nice view of the lake and picnic area, however the noise of the close by road gets worse with big truck driving from early morning
Report Check-InGreat place by the black river. Some locals came to chat with us asking us about our destination. We stayed one night. You can hear the trucks on the highway but otherwise it’s a great area with a dry toilet for the construction workers right beside you.
Report Check-InConstruction being done but not overnight. They didn’t mind us being there. Busy spot people fishing and launching boats. But pretty spot and okay to sleep at and have some food!!
