Lovely staff. Bought some chocolate and dumped. The standpipe at the dump now has a blue handle. Staff advised it’s the same city water as on the back of the shop but not specifically potable water. Used it anyway as snow made accessing the other tap hard.

Exactly as described, no locks or mechanism for payment. Went into gas bar to buy some thing, but they were out of stock, shop owner didn’t seem to care. Water at sani dump didn’t work. Did not try potable water.

Free to use although sign says you should buy something at the gas bar, and has water for flush (it works, just low pressure and need to pull handle fully).

dump station still open but water was not running. used the fresh water tap behind mobil gas station after fueling up (mentioned sticker at dumping station). cheap fuel, $1,739/l regular.

They've added a sticker that says you need to make a purchase at the Mobil store (see photo) but in reality you could dump without a purchase.
Attendant said the water at the dump wasn't potable but directed us to a tap at the back of the building.

Sani dump with water hose beside it. we stayed the night but didn't need to dump, saw lots of other rigs come through and dump. amazing setup. no cost.

Free potable water on the right side of the Mobil Gas station. We asked if it's ok to use it.
The dump station is between The Real Canadian Superstore and the gas station.

Free sank dump station, potable water available also for free behind the Mobil building, park in handicap spot to access the tap behind building, you will need your own hose!

Mobil service station next to the Real Canadian superstore, has a pull through sani dump for big rigs and potable water by the side. The key for the water is with the service station attendant.
