4 Nice free campsites with some privacy, 1 pit toilet, and the sounds of the creek. Level for small RV or car camping or tents. Worth the drive from Lutsen vs. a rest area , quiet and remote feeling.
Report Check-InVery petty, nice campground. 3 sites are above the river. 4th isn't. We had a babbling brook but it is a drought year so not sure if the rocks are always this exposed. Very peaceful and couldn't hear our neighbors.
Summer on Fridays come early as it fills up.
Probably not good for even small sized RVs as the road in is very narrow and they were logging, so big sized trucks in the vicinity this month.
The dirt road had been grated so very bumpy at first.
