Loved this campground. It was quiet, the campgrounds are well spaced and private, garbage and water easily found, and had a great kids park. The lake is serene and calm, though does come with swimmers itch protocol. 18$/night, first come first serve. You arrive and there is a list of ‘reserved’ spaces. The rest are free game. Pick one, park, chill. A park worker will come by to register you and charge you for your stay (18$ cash). All are no-service sites that come with a fire pit and picnic table. No phone service or wifi either. It’s a great escape place and we loved it. It was wicked hot though but the night cools decently. Dog friendly, nice trails, we liked it. Kamloops is around 20min away and has everything, even a costco.

Water under boiling advisory.

Decent campground was very quiet during weekday.

Beach is close by but the hill to get there is very steep. Not stroller friendly trail better to drive down or get ready for a workout back up with young children.
