Nice established campground right off Highway 12 CAD per night, fire rings, free firewood, pit toilets, shelter. A few sites right by the lake, others in the woods. Some road noise, but gets quiet at night. Good T-mobile cell service. Water is available but needs to be boiled for at least 10 min.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Beautiful site #27 on the water. Couldn't be closer to the highway if I tried. Hoping it really quiets down overnight. Download 10 Mbps, upload 4 Mbps. not bad.
Report Check-InConfirmed price is $20. Nice campground, some sites overlooking lake have obscured views but trails lead to beach. Good place for our dogs to swim. Back in sites at West end are near creek. Some road noise, but not too noticeable. Stayed on busy weekend , most sites occupied and many rigs boondocked in rest area
Report Check-InI think it’s $20 per night now. You can boondock in the rest area in front of the campground as well, tho it’s obviously even closer to the road.
Report Check-InGreat little campground for $20! Loved that nearly each site had its own pathway down to the lake, plenty of wood.
Report Check-InNice campground, shaded spots. Clean pit toilets. Cook shack with wood stove. Free firewood. Water from a human powered pump, boil water advisory. Close to highway but wasn't noisy in the evening at all. $20.00
Report Check-InTypical provincial CG with fire ring and picnic table. Gravel surface parking that isn't level. Three pull in slots just inside gate are longer, most other sites looked to be max length of 30 to 40 feet. Trees block most of lake view, even in lower loop.
Report Check-InCampground was busy on Saturday evening in late May. Some campsites up against the rest area with trucks. Limited sites on water (and aren't private). No ATT signal. Not the greatest but will work for the night.
Report Check-InWooded site between highway and lake, trees around sites however less dense here than previous, long drop toilets, common eating area as well as tables and firepits at sites, free firewood, cellular signal, CAD 20
Report Check-InTeslin Lake Govt Campground - wooded site between highway and lake (east shore - access from Alaska Highway), sparse trees around sites, long drop toilets, common eating area as well as tables and firepits at sites, free firewood, cellular signal, CAD 20.00.
Report Check-InAnother lovely Yukon government campground. The entrance is tricky as it is actually at the rest area. Be sure not to go past it (as we did) or you will not have an easy time turning around (but we did it).
Report Check-Innice as described.
there is a rest stop at the entrance.
but rig parked at midnight and idled for 4 hours .... was like the next campsite was running a generator.
We just stopped at the rest area and saw that we campground is closed for the season!
Report Check-Ingreat place to set up for a night. close to the lake . do get a
bit of highway noise though.
Report Check-InAs described. Some road noise but I think you’ll hear it about anywhere in the park. Nice and well kept.
Report Check-InNice location on teslin lake. Good beach for a short walk. Note that there is a boil water advisory still in effect and the water coming out is quite rust coloured.
Report Check-InNot quite as close to the water as we would have liked but very nice. $12 for the night, free wood and pit toilets. Fills up pretty quick in the afternoon and I would not like to be in any of the back row sites, very close to the highway and rest stop.
Report Check-InNice spot for small campers. We loved it ! just some noise from the road.
Report Check-InExactly as described and, incredibly still just $12 Cdn...! Considering you usually pay $8 for the firewood that is supplied free here you are basically camping for $4 in a safe, secure location with toilets ( and lake view ! ). And yes, good cell service with TELUS.
Report Check-InNice quiet place above the Lake, $12 per night w\ free firewood, beach access, first come first serve
Report Check-InNice established campground right off Highway 1. 12 CAD per night, fire rings, free firewood, pit toilets, shelter. A few sites right by the lake, others in the woods. Some road noise, but gets quiet at night. Good T-mobile cell service. Water is available but needs to be boiled for at least 10 min.
