Wild camp site near Upper Mesa Falls. Beautiful spot in the pines with a rock fire pit.

Great little spot. There's a larger clearing and then a smaller one with a fire pit a little beyond. Had the place all to myself.
Report Check-InSpent a night here. It was a great place. We had it to our self and we could hear lots of wildlife at night.
Report Check-InWhat a quiet little spot near the highway! Just a short, sort-of-bumpy drive along a dirt road from the highway. You can minimally hear cars on the highway but not many passed through during our 1-night stay. We were the only ones here except for two owls. What a treat!
Report Check-InYou can also park along a track crossing a small but beautiful meadow next to the the spot (RH side when you come from the main road). Very clean and quiet.
Report Check-InNice spot back in the trees far enough away from road no noise .. one chevy pickup parked here from Utah never saw them must be hunting...
