Description

At the edge of the bluff that is eroding from traffic. Perfect view makes this a very popular site day and night that is subject to the patrolling of local man. Possible to walk down to the beach by trail near the entrance or drive down/fall over the slope and get stuck/hurt. Grassy area to camp/park on but riveted with back-hoe holes or piled up with slash to deter you. There was a fire-pit on the right away from trees (back-ho operator pilfers soil here). Easy access for all rigs. Directly reachable from the 915. Only metres from the main road. No signs of traffic. at all. We stayed for an extra night. When it's windy, the trees and bush will give you decent wind protection. Watch out for used cat litter.

August 2022 update:
ACCESS PATH HAD DETERIORATED. HARD TO DRIVE WITH LOW GROUND CLEARANCE.
PARK RESPONSIBLY, LOCALS USE THIS PARKING FOR BEACH ACCESS.
NO TRASH BINS, IF YOU CAMP, CLEAN AFTER YOURSELVES.

Latest Check-Ins

Stopped here for a couple of nights. Nice view and there is a track to the beach that starts near the main road.

Report Check-In

A dirt field right next to a road, quiet busy, we slept with 2 other vans, windy but you can park by the trees to protect yourself.
You can't access the beach anymore, the ground fell due to erosion.

Report Check-In

Had stayed here several years ago when the National Park was full. Incredible spot. At mid Tide you can walk the beach all the way to Red Head and see rock formations that rival any of the more commercialized spots with no one for miles. Local camping and hiking spot. A little rough but no issues getting in with a 2x Sprinter. There was a Honda Civic parked at the edge.

Report Check-In

Beautiful view of the bay. Recent erosion took out the path to the beach. Camping spots on grass not very level but workable.

Report Check-In

Just as described. Beautiful view, not wonderful road to get in but it is short. No trash cans so please clean up after yourself. At night you’re shelter from strong winds but when there isn’t wind there are mosquitoes. Stayed with two other vehicles.

Report Check-In

Very nice spot, but a ton of mosquitoes! Otherwise, there's a rocky fire pit and an amazing view of the bay.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Very beautiful view. Quit for night just not easy access.

Report Check-In

Nice place with beautiful views over a remote pebble beach, with access to it. We spent a quiet night here. Locals come and go quite often, but no troubles at all.

Report Check-In

This was an amazing place great view. Entrance is a little bumpy just go slow. Great view and there is a path that heads down to the beach below that is a great walk at low tide. picture of the view and road entering the site. A family stopped by in the evening to go to the beach and another vehicle stayed the night

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

This spot is incredible. The pebble beach and lighthouse just up the way were horribly windy. Too windy to want to try to sleep through. This spot has a tree line that protects it. The view is amazing! It’s a muddy bumpy dirt patch just off the road, on a very high cliff overlooking Fundy. I’m guessing the mosquitoes are very bad here in season. But what a fantastic find! There’s even some secluded areas tucked back for potential tent campers I’m guessing.
It’s not a beach, like the name suggests, it’s a very high steep cliff overlook.

Report Check-In

Stayed one night, calm, bumpy access. Place is not huge, 8-10 cars max. and you won't have privacy, looks like popular spot.

Report Check-In

Great little spot for a small RV (ours is 25ft) or camping.
We spent some time picking up garbage left by those before us, please clean up after yourself.
Gorgeous view. No issues staying overnight.

Report Check-In

This is an earthen parking lot. We stayed with our 22-meter Vr without any worries. There is something to make a little campfire. The view is magnificent.

Report Check-In

Lovely little spot. Visited during peak season so busy during the day with visitors to the beach, but fire pits and a nice shady spot under the trees!

Report Check-In

Really nice spot with a beautiful view on the sea.
Quiet and no sign.
Not really suitable for big RV. We sleep in our car and it was perfect.
We set a bonfire and it was really nice.

But a LOT of mosquitoes !!

Please keep this place clean !

Report Check-In

Beautiful view but a lot of trash. Picked up a bag full of trash before I could even stay there. Still worth it!

Report Check-In

Great spot, quiet and amazing morning view. The entrance got muddy due to the rain but easy access (we have 20” RV 4x4).

Report Check-In

Really nice spot but frankly some people are simply pigs (this is not even nice to pigs to call them that way). Broken glass liquor bottles, empty beer cans, human feces and hygienic tissues lying everywhere. How hard is it to bring a garbage bag.

ALSO, not suitable for big rigs. The entrance access path has deteriorated to the point it has become off road like.

Remember that it is a beach parking for the locals, we have to remind this to a couple driving as Sprinter. Parking in the middle of the parking lot is NOT okay, even if it give you a better view from your bedroom window.

Report Check-In

I'm not sure why this has been marked as closed? there are no signs stating so and we had no problems. a local even suggested we stay there. the locals seems to come here to have fires on the beach. it's not overly flat and not big rig friendly. but it does the job. please take your garbage with you!

Report Check-In

Lots of cat litter waste is accumulating and it's looking really neglected.

Report Check-In

Still open! Great spot with an awesome view over the beach and cliffs! Mosquitos are pretty bad, but apart from that it’s great! Plenty of room for a few rigs and vans. Walking trails around. Seems like someone has spread soiled cat litter through those tent spots off the left, maybe an attempt to stop tenters? Can’t smell it from the main spots and still plenty of other spots to pitch a tent though, great spot would come back!

Report Check-In

Many people use this former provincial park site. There is no official anything about it now it is entirely user and neighbour maintained. Do bring your own firewood and resist the urge to browse for bows or build new fire-pits as there is a common one. In an ideal world we would all leave things better then we found them, but in reality there are those of us who end up picking up the slack.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Nice spot. A bit busy with cars, a group was camped on the beach and the cars were parked up top. Worst mosquitoes we have ever encountered. Be ready when the sun sets. There is a fresh water source down on the beach, for washing, probably not drinking.

Report Check-In

We spent two nights here during our visit to NB. Once on Canada Day, and then again a few days later on our way back home. Sunday 8/4 was a great night, we met some people from Quebec and had a nice chat. Thursday brought rain, but still a peaceful night. Lots of trash on the beach, we picked up what we could. What an amazing opportunity it is to camp in these beautiful places, let’s keep them clean!

Report Check-In

Breathtaking view, calm spot to camp. A few cars were there already when we arrived. Some spots to pitch a tent right next to the cliff. You MUST be mosquito-ready!!

Report Check-In

Awesome spot overlooking the beach, though we couldn’t see it due to heavy fog. Tucked away nicely off the road. Lots of mossies around. Peaceful other than the fog horn but not loud enough to disturb our sleep. We had it all to ourselves. Perfect spot for us and our Sprinter. 10 mins from Fundy NP. Thanks for sharing the location!

Report Check-In

We stayed for one night with no problems at all. Quite some trash lying around&people use the spot to get to the beach with their dirtbikes. Loads of mosquitos at this time of the year.

Report Check-In

Nice and quiet spot. Didn't see the access to the beach.

Report Check-In

Very nice place! There were about 4 other cars parked there overnight. Some had set up a tent in the bushes and someone set it up on the beach.
There's not much shade and it's not really windy.

Report Check-In

Really great spot. Met a few others camping here. Had four vehicles with plenty of room left. Some locals came by early evening and morning. Very friendly, no issues.

Report Check-In

Beautiful spot. Got 2 small sprinter chassis motorhomes in no problem. lovely sunset.

Report Check-In

Very nice place to sleep : calm, hidden from the road, next to the beach. If you are lucky enough with a good weather, the sky is full of stars : so beautiful !

Report Check-In

Nice spot but busy on a weekend. Unfortunately buggy and some nasty biting flies. We only stayed for lunch but it would definitely be an option for a night. No „no overnight parking“ sign and a fire ring.

Report Check-In

Nice spot with a great view! Beautiful beach.

Report Check-In

At the edge of the cliff. Perfect view. Possible to walk down to the beach. Grassy area to camp/park on. Firepit (buy some firewood along the road). Easy access for all rigs. Directly reachable from the 915. Only 50 metres from the mainroad, but y're not visible. No no signs. We stayed for an extra night. When it's windy, the trees and bush will give you descent windshade.
