Gravel road and overnight spot 150 m away from Panamericana. There is a small gravel road going up the hill for about 150 m to a nice and quiet graveled overnight spot. There is a dirty spring you could use to wash dishes right next to it.

A very nice view and quiet, but next morning the farmer came and said it's his property and he doesn't want people to stay there.
Report Check-InLittle road uphill is back open. Some fields with cows. No cell service. Did not stay.
Report Check-InAccess now blocked with stones. One can only park next to the road.
Report Check-Inwe just had parked for staying overnight when a local came and told us not to do so. he adviced us to stay at the gravel place where you enter, as the factory oposite the road is guarded at night. as we did not like to park directly at the panam- we left.
Report Check-InWas ok. Not a lot of options and this place had a decent view. No one talked to us or came to our camp. Two bikes and two tents. Not 100% blocked from the road. Drive to the end.
