Something not right?

Description

Small site with shelter house and small boat ramp on a lake. Beautiful and very secluded on a gravel road. We parked with a 23’ camper on nice level gravel next to the shelter house. It was a little tricky getting backed in but worth the view when we put out the chairs and awning. I have no cellular service here so for us it’s totally off-grid.

Nice little spot. One car when I arrived in the dark, but they left shortly after. Great night sky, lots of coyotes to listen to.

Yes, it's a nice spot. But if you're parking on the gravel, you're taking up parking spaces that people use for fishing and boat ramp access.. just be aware. It is not a large parking lot. There were 3 other vehicles here using the pond when I arrived, so I waited on the road then pulled up onto the grass next to the pavilion. Pond is pretty nasty looking, I wouldn't let the dogs near it for what that's worth.

Beautiful little quiet spot. There were a few locals enjoying the evening sunset when we arrived but they were very friendly.

Free! Pretty isolated from much traffic or city noise, occasional vehicles going by throughout the day and night. I was the only one and stayed the night in my car fine, cooked dinner and sat at a picnic table enjoying the sunset

Jones Creek Pond has been great. Free, off-grid camping in the Loess Hills. Great destination

We were coming south on I29 and decided to take a bit of a detour to stay here. It was about 6 miles of gravel road, but worth it for the quiet pretty spot for the night. When we left in the morning to continue south it was only a short drive on gravel to get back to I29.

Very nice and peaceful. We were the only RV there. Not too buggy.

Really nice quiet parkup. Bunch of geese on the pond; they got going in the morning before we did :) 3 bars of Verizon.

Beautiful spot. I stayed 2 nights with my dogs. There's a fire pit and picnic tables. Would be nice to kayak.

Nice quiet spot. One other van when I arrived but plenty of room. When coming from the interstate it's a lot of dirt road, might be better to come in off 183

Beautiful pond and picnic table shelter amongst corn and soy bean fields in Nebraska. Very short gravel road with a small cul-de-sac and one fire pit, for picnic tables, and a lovely pond. We were the only ones here and it was completely silent! Don’t forget the bug spray in the summer though.

Beautiful. Sucluded. Quite. Room for 3 campers if you are willing to share. Very good Verizon signal.
