very calm. Felt pretty safe if I parked and slept. I stopped near the monument to José Enrique Rodó and the security guardhouse. I recommend!

Report Check-InA little noisy but we spent a nice night there. Hard to find a flat place to park tho.
Report Check-InKinda noisy parking area for Parque José Enrique Rodo. Big rigs may find space. No place for tents. On the bright side you are close to all the action and it's free. Noise died down around 10pm and we actually got a good nights sleep. No bathrooms near where we parked. Free.
