Still a great place. Slept here two nights, no problem. Quick access to the falls and also fairly close to the city. Used the bathroom at one of the nearby hotels.

Great location if you take the mentioned trail at the end of the parking (go over/under the wooden fence) if your plan is to visit the waterfall. Hardly any car movement along the night, but touristic helicopters started quite early to fly over the whole city. We would repeat.

Convenient enough, 10 minutes walk to the crowded Niagara streets. 10-15 to marineland. Slept here and was happy about the price compared to any place in Niagara.

GREAT TIP! Even when not staying overnight. We arrived around 8 am to visit the Niagara Falls, the parkinglot was half full when we returned at 10:15 am so be early if visiting for the day!

Because this parkinglot is free, we saved $20,- or more on parking near Niagara Falls.

Great free parking location. We spent two nights, but bear in mind "quiet" is relative to busy Niagra. People use the parking lot all night, and trains use the tracks on occasion. Doubt you will do better with this proximity.

Great spot as described, very quiet - didn't have any problems staying here. As per description we used the small trail to get to the falls which made it a very quick and easy walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Petit stationnement juste en face d’un Monastère. Y sommes restés 2 nuits sans problème. Pour petit VR à moins d’être stationné dans les bouts comme nous avec notre 27’. Sentier qui longe la route pour se rendre au funiculaire. On peut aussi rester en haut et se rendre à pied au Casino ou Skylon Tower. Un train à passé durant la nuit mais sinon c’est le bruit diffusé des chutes en arrière plan donc assez tranquille.

Safe and quiet day and night on this small parking lot. At the left of the parking, there is a little trail going down for 2 minutes to the parking lot below, then 5 minutes walk to the Falls.

Best spot in Niagara Falls! Everything was perfect for us. Super close to the falls and to all the attractions. Quiet and a little bit outside of the craziness of Niagara Falls. We stayed one night!

Petit parking un peu juste pour mon 27 pieds, mais calme malgré la proximité de la route. Vue sur les chutes . On peut y accéder facilement à pied.

Spent 2 nights, quiet enough ! And you can go to the Dufferin Islands park just next to, to use the bathroom, BBQ, enjoy the birds etc.. perfect ! Thanks Niagara !

We spent a night here and no one bothered us. We asked a local and she said that for one night we wouldn’t have any problems.
The train now costs 2,75$

Free parking at 2km from thr falls. Police man told me that's ok for sleeping here and confirm me that's free!
If you dont like walk, there is the raimway close. 2$75 for one way, 5$50 for two way, 7$ for all day and free for child under 5.
But the walk is nice with some good view. it s pedestrian so the walk is quiet

We stay one night. Very quiet. Good place!! In front on the monastery there is bathroom.

Nos quedamos una noche, tranquilo, seguro, cerca de las cataratas. Al frente, en el monasterio hay baño.

Free parking close to the Niagara falls.
2.5 km walk to the falls or 1 km walk to the train down to the falls. Train cost 2.5 CAD one way.
The closest parking at the falls costs 18 CAD for 3 hours.
