Right next to the pool in the forest, facilities not usable on our standards. Water on site, power which I would not want to make use, sewers are no longer in operation.

We stopped in here after visiting Cascada de Tamul, and upon arrival we saw a sign that said no dogs. We expected to be turned away but when we asked, the attendant said it was no problem to have our small dog there. It may have been because we were the only ones there that night... There are about 25 small RV spots behind the restaurant with power and water. The power was stable at 121v @ 60hz. We used our Computers and AC without issue. We had an elaborate meal at the restaurant for about 300 pesos per plate, it's nice to sit down at a solid table with a tablecloth for a change. Didn't make use of the pools, bathrooms or sewer dumps. Paid 228 pesos for 2 people and our Rig.

This place was really run down. Most of the dump and water didn't work. Electric went out several times. If you stay here plan to dry camp. There were showers on site, but they weren't suitable to use. Pool was drained. There is a restaurant but we didn't eat there. It's one of the only spots in the area to explore that was an "established" campground, but it was definitely expensive for the quality of the place. Our least favorite place we camped in all of Mexico, but exploring Potosino/Huastecas area was worth it! So many cool activities to do nearby.

Although larger RVs could make the tight turn into the park.. the sites are not even close to level and you'll definitely need lots of leveling blocks, etc. Luckily for us we were able to pull in forward and keep our tires in the more level area. The electricity did go out while were there. However there were 3 class C RVs in our party and were all on the same side as the host told us the electricity was better on that side. They did fix it the next day and luckily it wasn't hot at night. Electrical issues at "RV Parks" has definitely been a theme so far throughout Mexico though and luckily we all have inverters and solar. It was not located near anything except the roadway, so it was a drive to go anywhere. It is also in a jungle area so the bugs definitely come out. If you're here be sure to go see Tamul waterfall! It made the entire stay for sure! We'd stay here again if we wanted to see the area, but the camping here was definitely not a destination. Cell signal was poor and barely worked even with a cell booster. We have T-Mobile (TELCEL towers)

This was once a glorious RV stop with three pools, rooms for rent and a legendary bar/restaurant. Now it is in deep disrepair. We parked for one night because we needed services in Ciudad Valles. We paid $228 for 2 people and a truck camper. We did plug in to electric and ran our AC all night. We did find water spigots that worked. We ate a good steak dinner in the restaurant. (Pricey) One pool is pumped out and refilled daily with ground water. The other pool is thermal mineral water and has guppies in it. There are clean toilet rooms, but no showers. Big rigs could fit in, but likely only one electrical connection will work. There is grass, shade and a huge array of birds.
