We were allowed to camp in the parking lot under shady trees. At night, the street is pretty quiet.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Ruins are currently being excavated and rebuilt, so it's a fascinating stop. To see exactly how tedious the process is.

stopped here for a little break. the ruins caught our eye we took some pics but didnt go into the site. there is an entrance where you can pay to go into the site. lots of trees. would be shady to stay here. no garbage. we kept going to cenotes
Report Check-InNice spot under the trees, was able to wiggle under the branches with my 10' 10" high rig. Nice and quiet NO telcel signal. Room for larger rigs if needed. Parked for 2 nights with 25" Class C towing a car. Ruins were amazing.
