The owner will sell the property. So it is not well maintained. A little bit waste all over. The bathroom are not clean, and the water in pool need a change. We paid 200 Pesos per night, electricity and sewer on site. No Wifi. People was really friendly. In the near on the main street is the restaurant "Azul" the food was good.
