Since “grass near a river” is fenced in now, we parked here on our way to Cuzco. Its a level gravel road, surrounding the village. We arrived around 5:30pm and did not see anyone until we left next morning, except some friendly local dogs.
At nighttime you only hear the nearby river.

When you arrived from Cusco, take the first road to the left before the village!
