Best spot in the NW of the Peninsula. 14 free spots hidden between trees. Very peaceful with little road noise.
Report Check-InDNR campground. Free with a discover pass. 7 day limit every 30 days. It does get crowded quick. I didn’t get any cell reception here.
Pit toilets, no water or dumpsters/trash cans — pack it in, pack it out.
Report Check-InStandard campground with bathrooms and fairly level spots. It’s surrounded by trees, but you can hear the highway from some sites, so keep that in mind if that annoys you. It’s also free with a Discovery Pass!
Report Check-InOpen even in winter (not busy as might be expected), nice and peaceful, T-Mobile 15Mbps. Need discover pass as others have mentioned. the "hungry bear" cafe next door is now closed and for sale which is a pity, miss those massive greasy burgers.
Report Check-InVery happy here. Level spots for vanners. Walked a trail, saw a banana slug, a little road noise but I didn't really notice it. Decent Verizon and ATT.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bear Creek Campground, we will definitely be back again. It was quiet besides road noise here. A couple trails to walk on and pit toilets, we didn't not use pit toilets but we checked them out and they weren't clean (just as a heads up). We loved how close it was to Sol Duc.
Report Check-Insmal⁷qspots, several big enough for an rv and tent. All have fire pits and picnic tables. very little road noise
Report Check-InAs described. Close to Sol Duc river, with deciduous and evergreen trees. Hiking trail nearby, lots of mushrooms. Spotty t-mobile service.
