The parking lot is a little further north. $ 3 / hour day and $ 6 overnight. there are public toilets a little further south on the port open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Lots of noise at night in the parking lot. (music in cars / bar exits etc)

Le parking est un peu plus au Nord. 3$/heure la journée et 6$ pour la nuit. il y a des toilettes publiques un peu plus au sud sur le port ouvertes de 9h à 21h.
Beaucoup de bruit la nuit sur le parking. (musique dans les voitures/sorties de bar etc)
As described. Prices are still the same. We spend a quiet night (even though it was Halloween). Very close by to everything, public toilet around the corner (not sure if also open at night).

Parking lot - $6 - 6pm to 8am - daytime parking $16 - 8am to 6pm or $3.00 per hour.
Only ones in the parking lot overnight - people coming and going until midnight. Right downtown - on wharf - can walk anywhere
Very good spot to explore Halifax, close to everything.
But there were signs up about changing the parking prices. Read the current information and don‘t assume that it will be free.
Perfect spot in the center of Halifax. Everything is in walking distance. Nice bars and restaurants.
Report Check-InThis was a giant empty parking lot when we arrived and it stayed that way the entire weekend. It might be different when cruise ships are in port or on weekdays. We spoke to security and saw the patrol driving around often. A police car came and sat in the parking lot for a time as well. Felt very safe. there are train tracks but we never heard or saw a train run. So close to everything we walked everywhere. Parking is free on weekends. Super quiet and lovely place to spend a couple days.
Report Check-Inendroit bien situé. facile d'accès à pied au centre-ville. place très achalandé. Nous avons été malchanceux car le stationnement s'est rempli d'ados qui sont venu faire la fête avec la musique dans leur voiture à tue tête. Le prix est de 6$ de 18h à 8h
Report Check-InBest spot in Halifax. $6 overnight. Right on the water/boardwalk. Walking distance to attractions, restaurants and bars. Nice and quiet at night. Saw the odd police patrol though the lot but no one bothered us. Public washrooms off the boardwalk to the east.
Report Check-InNice parking lot on the water. we stayed overnight in 2 small RV's. There was also another RV already in the lot. This particular lot charges $6 for 6pm to 8am. Can pay a flat rate or by the hour during the day. It was fairly crowded during the day but almost emptied by early evening. Very Quiet all night. Lovely spot to camp, right on the Harbor Walk, close to everything.
