A stretch of small cliffs along the ocean where you can find a relatively flat piece of ground just north of Coyote Cal's. the road is a bumpy dirt track but not too bad.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
I think the post warning about thieves is by Coyote Cal trying to get people to stay at his paid rather than camp free. Totally safe, keep things locked at night
Report Check-InLocal guys in town are professional dirt bike thieves, and now I’ve been told that Erendira is one of the most dangerous places to visit in Baja. If you have anything worth value on the outside of your vehicle, make sure it is heavily chained, locked, with gps, or maybe just pay to stay at Coyote Cals in town, or just skip this location altogether. Would not feel safe staying here again.
Report Check-Indrove in by night time. road was bumby but ok with 2wd if u drive slowly:).
found some good hard and flat ground to park right on the sea.
in the morning around 9:30 a local guy called Alberto came by to collect some money. marked him down from US$10 to US$6. not sure if it was legit or just a local boy putting on his hussle. he was friendly.
just stayed here and it was wonderful! the dirt road splits off in many places so there are
tons of places to park right by the ocean. once you drive a few km out of town it's very peaceful down here
