Yodgorlik Silk Factory | Tourist Attraction

The place is currently under construction, but it’s supposed to be finished in 2 weeks from now.

The shop was open however and we could get a small tour. It was still worth a visit, but the tour was a bit minimal, maybe because of construction.

They asked $3 pp for the tour, silk scarves are $30.

Very interesting place. Wait until someone will guide you, they will call someone if you wait. Don’t walk around on your own.
Tip your guide or buy something from the shop. Shawls are beginning with 5$ for 2, up to 10$ for a silk scarf. Beautiful dresses and other handmade stuff. You can buy silk and cotton by meters, very beautiful patterns!

Ah, try to be here during working hours, 8-5pm, if not it will be empty, then not so attractive

Great place. Good guides but just by walking around you can figure out things. It is now free. Worth spending a while here. Very nice workers trying to exchange with you.

English-speaking guides will show the impressive traditional production of silk. No pre-booking necessary, just show up. If you buy something in the shop the tour is for free.
