Good spot. Some mice around at night so beware. Firewood readily available. Snowed and not much wind protection. No cell signal

Quiet, Wide open space. no cell service. We didn’t end up staying because it was hot, full sun/no shade but a good spot to show up later in the evening.

Perfect place to stay if you want an early start for your Joffre Lakes hike.
Lots of room to park and incredible views.
Just a few minutes to to Joffre Lakes Parking lot. Quiet night.

We stayed 1 night, good place, nobody bothered us.
Other vans were here.
No Cell signal.
No facilities
Amazing stars viewing

Nos quedamos una noche aquí, buen lugar, nadie nos molestó.
Otras vans se quedaron aquí.

No hay servicios ni agua

Old logging quarry. Very peaceful and beautiful views of the mountains. No cell service. We were the only ones parked for the night.

Really nice big place. Spent a night here with two other campers. Awesome view and a nice stars night. No one was offended or came by.

Large flat area just up the logging road, nice and flat with great views. Some people seemed set up for a while with their dirt bike.

Amazing spot, large enough for a lot of people at the same time! Quiet, you hear the road a little but mostly the little creek.

The view is stunning!! By far the most beautiful place we have found until now.

As described, lots of room, but possible to tuck in somewhere. Locals use it for target shooting. We watched the snowline coming down the mountains overnight.

Can confirm it’s a great spot especially for camping over night before getting up early to see the Joffre lakes. Plenty of space and free fire wood - logging offcuts piled up. Little bit wind exposed for my stay.

Perfect to stay the night before an early hike around Joffre Lake. There were four other campers and the area is huge.

Perfect place to sleep before hiking Joffre lakes in the morning. Amazing views. We were 5 campers. Very quiet night.

Big, flat, quiet place with wonderful views of the mountains. It can easily fit a summer festival. We had two other cars stay overnight, but you can easily spread around. Several forest roads leading from the place further on. Several informal firepits and plenty of firewood around.

Logging road goes quite a way off the main road but we just parked at the first flat spot. It's large enough for a few dozen large rigs. You get some noise from the road but compared to the Joffre lakes car park, it's quiet and deserted. Slept like a baby.
