There's a parking spot at the Shadow Lake interpretive trail, and a few spots further up the logging road that are good for setting up camp.
A few hundred meters from highway 99 which becomes fairly quiet as night falls.
Might be problematic for a big rig but anything under 25 feet will do fine.
Nice hike around the lake.

Report Check-InThird night sleeping here, a lot of mosquitoes, not too many cars passing, very nice place
Report Check-InStayed here in the winter, and its a lovely spot. Apparently its where all the trucks stop to put on thier chains in the morning. Sooooo, not much privacy and super loud in the morning.
Report Check-InRoad gets as busy as a highway in the morning with cars and trucks passing every 2 minutes! Prepare to get a one inch layer of dust on your vehicle. Apart from that you get an okay view of the mountains and an awesome night sky.
