You can push your bicycles up the rocks and camp at the tables under the rock shelf.
Fantastic place! It's worth to push up the bicycle or drive up to enjoy the tables and view. 2G MTC signal.
Report Check-Ingreat place for picnic or camping!
you can even drive a track in between the 2 rocks and rest/camp there.
like a little Ayers Rock in the middle of nothing!
There is an overhanging ledge on the road-facing side which gives some shade and has a few concrete picnic tables under it. There's also an overhang on the opposite side which you could camp under but no tables. Other than that and the long drops, it's just you and the desert! beautiful.
Report Check-InAs below, amazing views! Make sure you take everything.. Toilet paper, water, food etc! There is a long drop! Pay for park fees and permit at Sessreim or Windhoek (possibly also Swakob). 80 per night for international and 60 for SADC. 20 for the car.
Report Check-InVogelsberg. Nice campsite with good views. No facilities except long drop and Braii stands. You need to buy a permit before coming here in Swakopmund or Sesriem. 80 Namibian dollars for campsite. Of the 3 we stayed at in the Namib we liked Mirabib best.
