New level parking just before park entrance. At some spots near the gate possible to catch the Wi-Fi. Entrance fee: 350ap pP self-drive 3h tour in self-guided convoy.
They have a nice museum at the entrance and in the park but all the explanations are only in Spanish.
Edit: 500 pesos pp in Dec. 2022.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Lots of nice parking options, including high shelters that will accept tall vehicles (look out for width though). The facilities are very nice. The wifi is horrendous and unless you have Movistar you won’t have any cell service.
Warning to anyone with allergies: there are a ton of wasps at this park - not just in the camp.Report Check-In
We stayed one night 2p and motorhome and paid ARS 1,000. Very nice spots with table. Showers indeed 8pm-8am but perfect. Clean toilets. Table and electricity on site. WiFi on spot nr14 was fine. 100% recommend this. Given very low price great values for Money.Report Check-In
Nice place, clean, shade even for high vehicles like ours, hot showers, clean toilets. Very nice staff, had a safe and peaceful night.Report Check-In
Lots of clean toilets and hot clean showers that open from 8pm til 8am.
Paid 5000€ for the 3,5h tour and camping place (think it’s included)
Beautiful place to visit, ideal for families. the park is very well maintained, recommendation: arrive with light to be able to choose the place in the campsite with time. Bathrooms in excellent condition, electricity and roofs of different heights for the RV. Tip: if you visit Talampaya the next day, leave early (7:00 AM at the latest) to arrive on time for the 9:00 AM visit.Report Check-In

Very good and cheap camping.
Great facilities, clean bathrooms with hot water!
Attached museum is very interesting.
Best place to stay in this region.
We checked in here after being told by a ranger not to wild camp in the park. We arrived at 20:00 and the office was closed so we camped for free ! Hot showers + camping spots protected by a roof. Possible with a tent or a camping van. Beautiful sky by night. For the excursions : the first one leaves at 9:00. The car excursion is 3,500 pp and the hiking excursion is 1,000 pp (leaves at 9:00 as well, only one/day).Report Check-In
Very special camping possibility with wood panelling, narrow but well organized.
500.- pesos pp, showers from 8pm to 8am! Clean bathrooms. Interesting museum about dinosaurs. Small market with good handycrafts.
Amazing tour of 3 hours in selfdriving convoi.
Nice campground, it’s a circular wood structure with plenty of spaces with pergolas. There are concrete tables with benches, no place to make fire, good lights. Very big clean and hot showers from 20:00 to 8:00, clean barthrooms with running water. The entire campground is made of concrete and pebble road so not sure how it works for tents. Staff is super friendly. We paid 500p per person. Wifi is fast in the late evening, night and early morning.Report Check-In
We came for the night tour, and slept at the park camping - very well organized for 500 pesos per person.
Attention: the showers only work from 20h-08h (strange time, but ok!), and they do not inform when we entered… this way, we only found out when we went to take a shower and the doors were locked 🙄
4G MOVISTAR signal and free Wi-Fi.
Sinal 4G Movistar e Wi-Fi livre.
Was very croweded and all wind save areas were occupied by camper buses.
Tour through the park with about 20 cars and motorcycle. Cost for non Argentinies ARG Pesos 2'500
There is a Camping with warm shower and WiFi (really not good). It's really cheap (500 pesos) in October 2022 !Report Check-In
Camping area of the park, because it is no longer allowed to sleep in the parking lot. Good structure, sockets, tables and water. The bathroom is in the park, with hot showers that only open at night (from 8 pm to 8 am). There is no cell signal from the operator Claro, but there is public Wi-Fi. We pay $500 argentinian pesos per person in sep. 2022. We were able to unload porta potti
2022. Pudemos descarregar porta pottiReport Check-In

Spent 1 night here so we could be on the first tour the following morning. Windy but otherwise great. Better for cars but there were people in their tents when we stayed. The toilets and showers are clean, hot water with good pressure, and WiFi near the facilities (did not reach the campsite for us). Picnic tables and light that you can use in the night time. It was a quiet and peaceful so we got good sleep. 200 pesos per person per night.Report Check-In
super clean and warm showers and bathrooms. looks still a little in construction and the area for camping is a bit unusual but very clean. better for car than tents as there is a lot of concrete. tables, electricity and that s it.Report Check-In
Good wifi at the camping site.
Some wind protection, you just need to choose your spot well.
Tables, lights, electricity.
Hot shower still incredible even in the morning ;).
Good self drive tour in a caravan of vehicles. Price now 600 per person. Free overnight on their paved parking lot with good wifi.. Good museum too.Report Check-In
Strange design of the camping (no place for tents, no water at sites, no separate place for washing dishes, no parillas). But otherwise good to sleep in the car, clean, new facilities, bathroom /duchas 24hrs, lamps and electric sockets at sites, we were alone, quiet night. 200peso per personReport Check-In
Perfect place to stay a night. Everything is new and clean. We didn’t visited the park and came in the evening. We stayed on the campsite for free because nobody asked for money :)Report Check-In
Very expensive tour for 2 adults and 2 children (pay the same) 450 pesos each!
We didn’t take
Free spot in the parking lot with wifi of the gobierno de San Juan, we spend the night.
There is a campsite inside, do not know prices
Interesting free museum.
Brilliant experience. Bathrooms are clean and inviting with toilet seats and hot water. Small shop/restaurant and lots of arty shops. Site have electricity but to pitch a tent it’s a bit tricky but manageable (no grass area). Sinks are far away. The tour is really worth it. It took around 3 hours with amazing views. Really glad we stopped here.Report Check-In
At the last tour of the day the light should be best: Not useless, if the ranger want to be home as soon as possible! For us it has not fitted - unfortunately!Report Check-In
Clean bathrooms, hot showers, electricity and potable water - all you need. The shelters aren’t helpful against wind or sun, don’t know if they are already finished!?Report Check-In
I think the park is a kind of useless if you don't have a car. I went there with my bicycle coming from Los Baldecitos. Apparently the guide is walking because I couldn't get into his vehicle to join the tour. The lady at the ticket booth wasn't really helpful either to find a solution.
I could do a tour on my bicycle 2 days later. That was no real solution for me. The guide tried to find a spot for in someone else's car but it didn't work out.
So I'd like to say to other touring cyclists: There might be a chance to join the big tour in someone else's car. The cyclist tour is apparently only couple of days. You could try to convince them to let you ride the big tour with your bicycle like it is written in another comment. I just went back to Los Baldecitos and wasn't happy about the wasted 3.5 hours. One idea is
to visit the El Chiflon provincial park instead.
This park is absolutely well worth the measly 10us pp fee. The scenery and nature is not comparable to any other places. But for sheer contrast and colours this is hard to beat. Price is 450 for foreigners entry. For that you use your own vehicle to follow the guide for the 40km track. Its laidback and they give enough time for photos. The reason for the guide? No Instagram poster imprints all over the place and rubbish. The park is pristine and unspoilt. Saw all kinds of animals. They really go to great lengths to make it a nice experience.
Stunning new campsite. Concrete slabs to pitch a tent and high roofs to park campervans. Powerpoints at each site. Paid 200p pp camping
This place is definitely not build for tent campers. No wind protection at all and a surface with a big amount of small rocks. But it's possible to camp of course Rest of the facilities are really good. And cool sunset!Report Check-In
Its not finished already. No water close to the camprground and no parrillas :-)
The tour is 450 ppp and they dont give us an better prise for staying at tze camping.
People are very friendly.Report Check-In
Camping: 200 pp per night. Several level concrete spots for cars. Possible to put up your tent as well but a free standing tent is recommendable or you can use rocks and the wooden fences like we did. ;-) Bathrooms and showers 24/24, all new and clean.
Comedor: nacks and meals. Basic and expensive, but does the trick.
Tour: price is now 450 pp, but for some reason the guy let us through for 250 pp (= price for Argentinian students), because we camped...? Nice tour, other travellers as well as the guide recommended going in the afternoon (last tour at 4pm) because of the light.
You can do a guided hike or a mountainbike tour for free but only the two days AFTER the day of the tour. Strange...Report Check-In
Park entrance is 450ARS pp now.
Camping is 200ARS pp, but as the installation of light and electricity at sites, and the hot showers are not ready, they charged half price.
The new structure for the camping space is just an architect joke! "Roofs" that doesn't give shade or rain protection and "walls" that don't protect from the wind (quite strong here).
We are traveling by bike and wanted to do he same big tour (40km) with the bicycles, instead of the short option (10km). We were told in the reception that it was not possible, but after talking directly to the guide, that lives in the park, he arranged it for us.
We stayed at the camping spot. It is nice, brand new, but the electricity at site was not working, the water in showers was at sunset cold, but not freezing and very clean. People are very nice here. Check their facebook or website for more info about the tours. Options are: 40 km circuit by car, 12 kmcircuit by cycling, trekking to The nearest hill. The trekking is just 1 tour per day, it starts at 9 a.m. cycling is 2 tours in the morning and at 4 p.m and 6 p.m in the evening. So plan your time here. For camping it is 200 pesos per person. There are few activities in area: dinosaurus museum (for free), sightseeing place and few shops.Report Check-In
wonderful location to visit. the staff is very friendly. campsite and banos are brand new. the tour- we did the 9am one- is just fantastic. we definitely recommend it. tour was 350 pp and campsite free.Report Check-In
Entrance fee: 350pp, incl. 3,5hrs guided tour.
The tour is done by following the park ranger with your own car, including 4/5 stops along the way, including a visit of a small museum where you can see two dinosaur skeletons. The views are incredible but in summertime be aware of the extreme temperatures.
During our tour we crossed a biker overlander that underestimated the heat and was having a hard time.
Parking at night at lot in front of the gate with self contained vehicle is allowed for free. Parking lot is from one side enlightened at night though. Visiting park only possible with tour in own car and only spanish☹️. Landscape is not comparable to the NP‘s in southwest USA but neat. Guide is well educated and tells you everything about the origin, dinosaurs and earths history. No stop at „submarine“ cause 1 tower fell apart. 37° at 1 p.m. and no shade at the stops. You can spot GIANT grasshoppers in the park about 10-15cm long. They look like slow birds when they fly:-).Report Check-In
The campsite just opened. 14 places for cars (up to 4 m high, tere is some shade for the car) with picnic tables. Brand new toilets and hot showers. WiFi. No electricity. 200 pp.
We did the 3 hour tour at 17.00h. Very colourfull
Actually the whole entrance area gets a make over at this time.
This is the primary entrance for the general admission driving tour and the Dinosaur Museum, both of which we enjoyed. Entrance to the Dinosaur Museum, playground, bathrooms, and comedor is free. Cost for 3-3.5 hour guided driving tour (in Spanish only) is 350ap pp; this includes a 40km loop through the park with stops at 4 points of interest and an archaeological Site Museum. We left on the 10:30 tour and saw another tour leaving at 14:00, not sure about additional tour times. Separate tickets can be purchased for a lunar walk (2 days before and after the full moon) at 350ap pp, and for a hike up Cerro Morado at 200ap pp. We didn’t ask about camping but the sign listed a price of 200ap pp. We ate empanadas and supremo at the comedor, all was microwaved so we don’t recommend it.Report Check-In
