Botswana
Perfect located at the river, newly renovated campsite, own ablution with warm water and kitchen block for each campsite, green lawn, good restaurant, bit pricey(220 pula pp adults and kids over 5 half price).
Fast reliable Wifi for free, pool.
Great stop to explore surrounding parks and stock up in Maun!

Visited this campsite on a Monday and Tuesday hence no weekend visitors. Road is nearby but not annoying. Campsite has been described by others, no change. Price now 1200 Pula for two nights with 2 persons
Report Check-InBack again. We stayed 3 nights over two stays this feb. Clean ablutions although a bit dated. Hot water by heater. Flat ground though be careful for thorns. Lovely restaurant and bar area with friendly (but slow) service. Great pool area and really good wifi. Not cheap but normal rates of about $US18
Report Check-InWe had two nights here. The campsite is large clean and has individual ablutions with shower and two toilets as well as kitchen area braai and washing line.
Short walk to reception, spa , pool, facilities, restaurant and river front bar. Food higher cost than most but tasty, slow service.
Local bar has a very active party scene on the weekends so was very noisy till early hours including motorbike racing, loud music and bbq smoke which was a shame.
As described. But, we stayed over on a Saturday night and the local folk had a huge party right next door, terribly loud music all night. Stopped at 3am and then the drums started at 05h30, which I assume is some kind of Religious thing. really not peaceful at all, terrible stench of raw sewerage all the time we were there. wifi worked great all the way out to campsite 8. fast wifi.
cost 220P per person.
Nice place to camp site with its own ablutions. However some of the sites are not well shaded; in this regard no 4 is the best. The wifi is only really usable close to the reception building. There was an unpleasant smell of sewage coming from the drainage system when we were there but apart from this the facilities are good and the setting next to the river is attractive. Booking ahead for camping might be advisable to avoid disappointment. Pula 300 pppn camping.
Report Check-InNice place, professional organizes, but rather expensive and noisy because of the road and the music of the bar nearby. Not really an African atmosphere. I would not recommend this campsite.
Report Check-InPrivate ablutions at each site. Hot water, shade, sink, 2 toilets and great shower.. Clean. Great pool & excellent wifi. Can get noisy at night due to nearby party location. Great value for money in Maun. They also have well appointed and clean rooms.
Report Check-InPerfect place to get sorted for Further travel. Nice pitches with private ablution and kitchen area. A little noisy from road and town but it is a town location so to be expected. Nice bar and restaurant. Spa looks good but no time to try
Report Check-InThis is our second time around staying here. P220 pppn. Each campsite has its own ablution. Free Wi-Fi. Clean and safe.
Report Check-Invery nice place but for 220P per P. for foreigners very expensive, noisy and party place
Report Check-InOk, this is more for the spa! I’m not sure if this happens for everyone, I had a massage this morning and it was great! The most interesting thing happened - prior to giving me the massage the therapist gave me a foot scrub! That was the cherry on top! I have horribly dry feet especially while traveling (flip flops, no socks…) my own fault.
Definitely a must do in Maun!
Report Check-InI've stayed here before a few years back And it's just as good as is now as it was then shady trees grassy area and it's great to have your own absolution block with a separate shower and two toilets plus a washing area and two tubs to do your laundry as well as its own fire pit and clothes line. I really enjoyed the bar area with the overview of the river and a nice clean pool as well I've stayed at other campsites in the area and I believe this to be the best one by far.
Report Check-InWe stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. Nice campground and clean, private ablution blocks. Little maintenance could be done (loose doorhandles etc.) but nothing to really worry about. Nice bar area by the river. When you are lucky and it is offseason, you may ask to get laundry done and be charged a total price per kilo and not per pieces. Security guards around.
Report Check-InPerfect for a few nights. Lovely place! Used it as our base to move around Maun and into the Moremi
Report Check-InVery nice campsite, each of the ten sites with private ablutions, showers, kitchen block, all very clean. Camping on grass under shady trees. 200 pppn. Used their laundry service - they charge per piece, so it becomes pricey if you have a lot but it is machine washed. Nice bar with river view but no water in the river when we were there. We ended up staying several nights. Staff: depending on whom you talk - some were friendly and some not. Would recommend to choose a spot on the left when you enter the campground - the sites on the right are behind the wall facing the street.
Report Check-Innice and grassy campsites with trees for shade. the restaurant is recommended for breakfast, lunch and dinner. you can use the SPA for a relaxing massage.
Report Check-InBest place to be in Maun. Grass, shade, clean ablution. Massage for the girls, pool, fast WiFi. It’s definitely not an Overlander spot, but it’s awesome. 600 pula for 2 adults and 2 children. Expensive indeed, but worth it.
Report Check-InVery nice campsite for truckcamper also. Every place has his own clean ablution, dish and clothes washingplace. Electricity, light and a shady place to sit. The bar, restaurant and poolarea are nice too. The staff are very friedly and helpful.
We had a loveley stay there.
Amazing place to camp! It’s not cheap at 200 Pula PP, but it’s well worth it! Fast free WiFi throughout the property, even at the immaculate campsites which are beautifully landscaped each with their own, very clean abolitions. Camp sites have nice grass, shady trees, electricity and picnic benches. Pool and bar are also great with nice lounge chairs and clean pool. Great place to stay!
Report Check-InBeautiful campsite. Level, tidy pitches all on grass with private solutions block. camp sites are nearer the road than the chalets and have the same problem with noise from the bar over the road as neighbouring Okavango Lodge and campground. Quoted 200 per person per night. Didn't stay. Felt given the noise that the price couldn't be justified. Beautiful pool and bar/restaurant area.
Report Check-InThe facilities at the campsite are great, but the foreigner price is 500 pula pp (!). You can easily convince them to give you the SADC price (200pp), but it’s just insulting that they even try to let you pay that much.
Report Check-InThis is a great campsite with private, clean, ablutions. It is grassy with plenty of shade and enough apace. Bar & restaurant are present, although pricy. Wifi is fast and free. The campsite costs 200 pppn but it is worth it
Report Check-In5 star campsite, grass, your own ablution block with 2 toilets and 1 shower. shaded terras. very nice swimming pool with view over te delta.
Report Check-InPerfect located at the river, newly renovated campsite, own ablution with warm water and kitchen block for each campsite, green lawn, good restaurant, bit pricey( 500 pula for 2 adults and 2 kids).
