Right now the viewpoints and stone carvings are closed. They are rebuilding the stairs and the platforms. I would give it a month before coming here to make it worth while, or ask in town if it's reopened.

There is now a sign saying how much it costs to park. The road till here is hard. I would not park here to spend the night though. Great place to enjoy walking and watching the panorama.

A farm near alto de los Ídolos en Isnos we had all the place for ourselves for $5000cop pp. the place has 2 natural pools shower toilets and big green space. Might be busy at weekends and during holiday season

Parking is now 4000 cop. There’s no sign of the charge. You walk in front of at least 3 people who should tell you there’s a cost, and nobody says anything. When you get back, the owner (Phillippe) gets to you in a very rude manner, saying you absolutely must pay 4K. Beware... The view of The Valley is great though... Good road as of today, but power (low range) is needed to climb uphill.

Ten minute walk to great views of valley, river and waterfalls. Stone carvings at viewpoint. Free entrance. Baños. Drinks. Very last part of road is rough.
