Latvia
We volunteered here, but staying as a regular guest would cost €10 for a camper and €3 per adult. Run by a Swiss/Latvian couple. One of the few campsites around that are open all year. Only half an hour drive to Riga. Decent showers, small kitchen for camping guests and, in case you're travelling with kids, an awesome playground.

Good little campsite. family-run + a few volunteers. Facilities (toilets, kitchen, showers) are home-made but of decent standard.
Don’t expect luxury, but it is a nice and calm option close to city and airport.
We paid 20€ for 1 car and 2 people. Quite pricy for the Baltics but not many options close to the city
Report Check-Insmall family run site, nice area and easy to get to Riga for the day. it is basically their back garden with kitchen and bathroom. I really liked it but it has noisy neighbours and the WiFi was really poor.
Report Check-InVisited before season so it was quiet here. It is a nice campground with clean toilets and showers. For me, my motorcycle and tent it cost 8€.
Report Check-InNice place, nice owners, nice price.
Just half an hour from Riga.
