coming from south to north park your car at the tourist alojamiento (-12.23764, -75.806429) on the right site. on the left is a sign upward to huayllucina 500m. it is a more or less paved way. the site is 500 m higher so you zigzag more meters walking upward. nice view to the laguna piquecocha. ruins free to explore.

286m verticle. climb that takes vrva good half hour plus to get to the top of the saddle. 20m ridge that spans the saddle. Nice views, I did it in order to walk off my lunch instead of driving some more.
