at our arrival there was a RCMP patrol car that look at us seeing up. We were sleeping before they leave.
We will not come back, to noisy because of the on call ambulances and modified exhaust pipes (summers cars & motorcycles).
Came back here multiple nights. No one bothered me. Good spot with no “no overnight camping” signs, and close to lots of amenities. Biggest drawback is next to the busy road.
Report Check-InStayed in my truck camper right tucked up against the building. There was a van camper and a big rig parked here too. Good spot for a night if you dont mind the lights and free wifi.
Report Check-InWe slept in the parking between the MEC and the Burger King. No one bother us, we slept in our caravan car. A bit noisy because of the highway but ok.
Report Check-InSoo good
Car noices but worked so well. Three other rvs around us. Highly recommend.
Save on foods/MEC parking lot is great. You can have good wifi to watch Netflix if you park on the street behind.
Burger King bathrooms for customers only, but Save on foods is also open from 7 to 10. You just gotta ask the code for the bathroom door.
Report Check-InIn case you are wondering as I was, MEC is an outdoor clothing and supply company much like REI in the states. Good, clean spot to spend the night. Across the street is a large indoor mall to pass the time.
Report Check-InJust a bright parking lot next to the highway. Not bad if you want a spot in town, but nothing special either.
Report Check-InStayed here and didn’t have any problems.
There were two other campers here too.
Stayed one night, nothing special but was pretty quiet and bathrooms are nearby.
Report Check-InWas quiet at night, next to the highway. Parked close to Burger King. Lights were on the whole night, didn’t disturb us tho.
Report Check-InWe slept in MEC's parking for one night with no problem with our caravan. We were at the end of the parking, where there're no lights just next to the Burger King (where you can go for toilets, open 7am to 10pm). Another camper was also there next to us. Less crowed than the Walmart and a bit more fun :) Saves on Food just 1 minute walk from there.
