beautiful park. Gulf and Ocean. I checked the state park website frequently and managed to snag one night. Awesome. Note that the notifications system did not work for the three RV state parks on the Keys. check frequently

Wow, what a spectacular place. We didn't stay there (unfortunately!!!), it was fully booked. Lovely people, spots facing crystal clear water. Lovely beaches. Really low cost - around 50$ a night, the other places in Bahia Honda told us like 200$.... Definetely consider making a reservation if you're planning a visit to the Keys.

As described best beach in the keys. Some of the nicest people working at the gate. Sites seperated by decent amount of foliage. Nice facilities. Was able to get site night before staying due to cancelation, so try, and call they are happy to help. 2 bars ATT. Water and electric at site

One of the best places we've stayed. With fees and taxes comes to around 50 dollars a night but that's better than most places in the keys. People say its impossible to get booked in, but we just booked a few days in advance and found a spot (even stayed waterfront for one night) so give it a go in case someone has cancelled. You are welcome to stay in the park all day after you check out as well, multiple white sand beaches and good snorkeling around the rocks.

Great place to camp. We have camped here many times. Hard to get a spot because they hook up 11 mths in advance. We get notifications of cancellations using the Campcellations.com. Now After living here in the keys for 15 years we finally get to camp at our favorite parks.

Perfect place to camp and be with family. They charge $ 5 per person, but worth every penny. It is possible to stay overnight too. clean bathrooms, a gift shop, and also rent kayaks. It is possible to witness a beautiful sunset, swim and enjoy a happy and relaxed moment.

Best beaches for swimming & small children. Nightly RV fee $43 (includes tax), with water, electric, flush toilets, hot showers. Was not able to get reservation, stayed as walk-in. Has very good snack shack for sandwiches. Some sites need very long water hose (50 feet). Boat ramp. & picnic for day use.

During high season - it's Spring Break! - the campsites are fully booked months in advance. The ranger told me that they start a wait list at 8 a.m. for sites that get available. The nearest campground with primitive sites is Big Pine Key Fishing Lodge and Camping (see map).

Good campground with two beachs - 38 USD
Be aware of the sandflies - they are bad - bring repellent/creme.
WiFi at the giftshop - no WiFi at the sites.

Camping Bahia Honda State Park. Nice park with white sand beaches. Nice campsite, places delimited by vegetation, water and electricity at each location. $ 36 a night.
