She first said that we had to pay foreigner price at 9bob. I asked her sin factura at 6bob. She said ok but really fast.
She filled up directly in the tank.

There was a very nice lady today. When she figured we are foreigners, she right away offered we can chose foreigners price or sin factura for 6bob per liter.
We happily accepted the second option.

After some passport negotiations and them whatsapping around, they gave us the international price, almost 9 bs/l.....

they proposed 6bol/L, we negotiated to 5bol/L. directly in the tank.

We parked our car outside of the station and walked there. Asked if it was possible to fill up gasolina with foreign plates, very unfriendly guy said it isnt possible. After almost begging him, he told us to get the car and filled it up for 5 BOB per litre.

gasolinera donde pudimos llenar el tanque directamente en el coche por el precio nacional. además muy amable el personal que nos dejó limpiar el coche con manguera a la vuelta de rurrenabaque.

Sold us NAFTA sin factura at 7 bol/liter, needing a little convincing. Try to fill up here if heading back towards La Paz, as gas stations in La Paz won't sell it to foreigners.

Gas station heading out of La Paz on the way to the "Death Road" and Coroico. They sold us gas "sin factura" for 7 Bol a liter.
