Car / Motorcycle Mechanic shop that specializes itself in BMW, but they can fix pretty much everything. I had a broken gasket in my BMW motorcycle and they even explained me how to fix that in the future in case that would happen again. They can organize cheeper parts, very helpful and understanding. I don't think you can find a better place in Guate Ciuadad.
The place is run by Markus and Johann, they are speaking Spanish/English/German/Italian.
I left less money than for spare parts for my GS.

part 2 of my comments: during the repair they offered us an accommodation (smal flat on the site). and carlos showed us guatemala city. overall we have an improved car and new friends, thank you all
Report Check-Inwe have a Land Rover defender. we have had issues with the engine control, turbo, and the ABS sensors. the team repaired it all very fast, very analytical with modern diagnosis tools. it took 1 week and the car is running perfectly. in the meantime, we have had the offer to stay
Report Check-InWe came here because we had two issues with our pickup truck that we had since mahaual in Mexico. No mechanic could understand our problems. Yoahnn, Carlos and the whole family/team were so nice with us. After some days they could find the problem and fix it !
Carlos even showed us the city as a tour guide, so so friendly.
Thanks again to them for fixing our problems 🙏
After an accident we got towed to Syncro Servicios (we stayed at Markus his place at rio Dulce before so it felt good to have a place to go to after the accident). They are very experienced in European cars (especially bmw, but they really can fix everything). We have a Fiat Ducato and had hit the transmission during the accident so we were afraid to get stuck for a couple of weeks because we would have to order new parts from Belgium. But they managed to restore everything and it looked brand new. Rudy is the one who worked on our car and he is very experienced! He really has magic hands! Johan and the three brothers Vogels (Markus, Jurgen and Carlos) helped us out wherever they could. We are so glad we came here. They own some sandwich shops, called Delica, in Guatemala too and the sandwiches really tasted like home. After 12 days we were able to hit the road again and the car runs smooth! I can recommend them highly!
Report Check-InAfter the dishonest dealership (Grupo Q) diagnosed our problem as needing a oil pump replacement, but lied saying they would have to remove the engine and it would take 8 DAYS.... Syncro had the new pump, from the dealership, installed in 4 hours! Which was the estimate my best mechanic knowledgeable car shop owner friend said his system showed.
Syncro let us sleep inside a nice enclosed gated lot where our dog and cat could roam a bit. Markus’s brothers run the rest of the businesses in the compound with him, and gave us a great tour of their bakery, charcuterie, and tamal operations. The nicest people. An honest shop. Price was as quoted. The answer to our nightmare!
