Lodge/campsite are currently underwater. Unsure whether closed seasonally or permanently. Leaving prior info below in case it’s closed seasonally:
Beautiful lodge right on the shore of the river. Campsite set back with no view of the water but beautiful Restaurent and bar on the waters edge. USD12pppn camping, USD60-160 for rooms.

Latest Check-Ins
We tried to reach the Lodge and Campsite; the road to it is fairly unused, and as you reach the final sign for the destination, the road is totally unused. Locals advised us that due to flooding, the lodge and campsite are now underwater and there are no staff present. We did not attempt to visit the actual destination as the conditions were wet and muddy. We believe it’s permanently closed, however it could just could be seasonal - would ask around before going.
Report Check-InThe property itself is very beautiful - tons of trees, and the bar/restaurant on the lake is lovely. There is a fantastic seating area to sit and enjoy the view, and board games as well!
The ablutions are fantastic- very clean and well maintained. The only downside was the cold shower. However is had great pressure, and it was quite hot so it wasn’t such a problem for us. The campsite is quite big, however for RTTs, options are limited and you end up being near to the parking area- more flexibility with a ground tent. The guides that bring clients here camp in the same area as well so not tons of privacy. Due to the proximity of the camp for RTTs to the parking lot, there can be a bit of noise when people leave early in the morning with vehicles.
The staff were very friendly. We spoke to the manager and if they do not have many clients, camping near the lake might be possible.

We stayed here for two nights, paid UGX 10 000 pppn for camping. Really nice camp area, staff were very friendly.
Report Check-InCampsite quite a way from restaurant. Crazy loud village music the whole night. Security guards/workers stared at us the whole time and it appears they camp alongside you too. Unfortunately River Lodge camp could not accommodate us when we were there - I’d go there rather. Also, restaurant area quite small. But, friendly manager at the bar. The road on T4A is incorrect and there is a new road alongside the river not on T4A or google maps.

There is no electricity at the campsite. As we had a problem with our 2nd battery, they allowed us to camp under a tree close to the restaurant. Electricity is
limited though, due to solar. View is beautiful, quiet place. Ablutions are nice, shower very refreshing. We paid 75.000 UGS per night.
Nice campsite on grassy area, clean ablutions although showers were just warm not hot, 5 min walk to lodge & restaurant which overlooks the Nile river , staff walk with you to the lodge along a candle lit walkway . Hippo & crocs in the river , nice views and bird life. Also have lodges .
Camping 12 USD pppn can negotiate.
