No sign "not park" or "no overnight". Just move the friday 10am-Noon on a side and thursday 1pm-3pm for washing. Just near the Palisades Park, the beach and 3rd Street. Very quiet. Low profile needed.
You can also try the street Marguerite and Alta.

Stayed here for a couple of nights, on and off over the course of 2 weeks, but today we woke up to a fine for overnight parking in an oversized vehicle.
Otherwise it's a very nice spot, really quiet in a nice neighborhood.
Stayed here for one night, just as described. Peaceful, nobody bothered us. The public restrooms in Palisades Park where already closed before 11 pm, though. No alternatives close by.
Report Check-InMostly quiet street in residential area. Light traffic. Tons of cars and a couple RV’s parked on the street for the night. Street consists mostly of apartments so not really bothering anyone. Still stay mindful of being in a residential neighborhood. Only sign on the south side of the street, where we are, says “no parking Friday 1-3pm”.
Report Check-InAwesome spot! Residential street so keep a low profile. Very quiet. Really close to the beach, 3rd street promenade, Santa Monica pier. Toilet 5 minutes walk opened until midnight in Palisades Park. I spent one night on Georgina avenue and one night on Palisades avenue. Please don’t abuse it so we can keep enjoying the location.
Report Check-InStayed 4 nights here on different streets. Residential but pretty quiet and felt safe.
Report Check-InQuiet street. Need to be discreet since it is a residential neighborhood. Close walk to bathrooms and beach.
Report Check-InSemi quiet street, no one bothered us. Just pick a good spot to not annoy locals. Toilets on the beach probably 15 minute walk towards the pier.
